Lindsay did such a fantastic job coordinating our day. She is amazing at making a wedding run smoothly; and coordinating vendors, bridal party, family & friends. Our wedding was at a family property making this more challenging; but Lindsay couldn't have done a better job. Besides being great at what she does Lindsay is such a kind, warm an genuine person; exactly who you want around you on your wedding day!

Lindsay was amazing to work with! We hired her to be our day-of coordinator to ensure that we weren’t running around with our heads cut off while also trying to get ready for the wedding and she stepped into that role so perfectly! She also did an incredible amount of prep work prior to the day of the wedding, she asked the right questions and she solved all of the little problems that popped up. It was super convenient to have her greet vendors when they got to the wedding as nobody else had time to stand by the door, and she was able to set up the room exactly to my vision. We were planning an outdoor farm wedding at my parents Orchard for the summer of June 2016. With a list a mile long of to-do’s, having Lindsay as our day-of coordinator was the best decision we made! She met with us a few months before our big day and went over details, made a timeline of how the day would go and excited us for our day to come. She collected all contact information from our photographer to our florist ensuring everything fell into place when it needed too. Setting up our tables, ensuring wine was served and always available for our guests, communicating with our DJ for music entrance songs are a few of the tasks she did. Having her expertise, calm demeanour, and ability to act quickly made my husband and I at ease knowing our day would run smoothly. I will always recommend Lindsay as a day of coordinator! We will cherish our wedding, and Lindsay was a huge part of putting that day together for us.

My husband Alex and I were so happy to have Lindsay not only as our day of coordinator but also as our planner throughout the wedding planning process. We had quite a large wedding so trying to remember every last detail was not always easy. Lindsay ensured that we did not miss anything and that every detail was perfect, no matter how big or how small. The day of coordination Lindsay provided was such a blessing as we had a couple things not go to plan. Instead of myself or my husband or even someone from our family dealing with these issues, Lindsay took care of them all! The morning of the wedding I woke up and realized I had missed a couple gifts for people who were doing readings during our ceremony, a quick text to Lindsay and the gifts were not only taken care of but she even had them personalized for those individuals.
